I received my order and want to return/exchange it. How do I do that?

I received my order and it is incorrect! What should I do?

Oh no! We will get you the correct items asap. Please email shopyque3@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and an image with detailed description of the incorrect item(s) you received. 

I received my order and an item is damaged! What should I do?

Please email shopyque3@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and an image of the damaged item(s) which you received. A replacement order will be shipped to you immediately.

I’m unsure about the size. How can I get help?

You can view our sizing chart under each item which has size variation, which helps you with sizing and fit questions. 

Where can I track my order?

Go to this Tracking Page. Please use your Tracking no. to track your shipment in real time.

Will I pay for custom fees?

Yes, SMDS is not responsible for import duties/fees on orders shipped internationally. Taxes and duties are to be collected upon delivery. These charges are determined by each individual country.
